Bus trip to the AQS Quilt Show in Lancaster, March 15, 2012, at Lancaster County Convention Center.
Cost: $35 FOR MEMBERS $40 FOR NON-MEMBERS, includes entry fee.
Leaves Millcreek at 7am, then stops at Lacey rest stop on Pkwy approximately 7:15am........leaves Lancaster at 4pm.
Water and snacks will be provided. Lunch can be brought, or bought at LCCC

There was a discussion about a Raffle Quilt for the next quilt show. Nautical theme was agreed upon.
Board will look into donating a quilt to the first baby born on National Quilter’s Day.

Volunteer for Study
Among those supported by these quilters are the men and women involved in the third phase of the Alzheimer's Disease Neuroimaging Initiative (ADNI). Over the next several years, trial volunteers will continue to undergo examinations and testing as participants in this groundbreaking study. And for many of them, a handmade quilt from a stranger will provide them with warmth and comfort during these visits.
